Longing for sea

Do plants dream? My project begins with the question of what a plant would dream of, perhaps the sea? I took a bouquet of bougainvillea blossoms to the water to visualize this dream. Long exposures captured its encounter with the waves, surreal and distorted like a dream. At night, the bouquet was carried away by the waves, only to return later, changed but still recognizable. This project reflects the experience of dreaming: daring to cross boundaries, immersing oneself in the unknown. The exhibition, with freely hanging images, video projections, and the sounds of the sea, invites visitors to reflect on their own dreams and to find the courage to live them.
